LYSY is an introduction to yoga with a fun, boozy twist while getting your creative on with a simple paint project. Stretch & strengthen your mind, body and soul with this happy hour style yoga class. Raise a glass, elevate your mood & Lift Your Spirits!
Join us for this combined painting and Yoga class. For $30, participants will get a tumbler to paint for 30 minutes, and relax with a 30 minute yoga class.
